I've been using this for a few weeks, and it's been fantastic for my urinary health. As someone prone to UTIs, I noticed a significant reduction in discomfort and urgency shortly after starting this supplement. The vegetarian capsules are easy to take. I was getting UTI's every other month since I had my bladder removed due to cancer and my urologist recommended this so I am trying it. Have been taking now for 3 weeks and so far so good.

I used to have chronic bladder infections due to a reduced immune system and now I have none. This product has kept me off antibiotics for over a year now. My only wish is that Quest products would go to the autodelivery system so i could get them automatically without worrying about ordering them every month.

I am not sure why it works to help reduce UTIs but this stuff really does work and I’ve tried lots of other cranberry options. Well worth the price.

I find D-mannose to be a superior product in UTI prevention and Well.ca is a superior provider.

Works well to prevent further UTI after antibiotics have cleared a bladder infection

I bought this product for my dog. She was having recurring urinary tract infections. Since she started taking this there has not been a problem.

When you have reached the point where you have become resistant to most antibiotics, getting another UTI is a fear that keeps you awake at night. That was my life until I found these. I have tried multiple herbal cures, extremely expensive herbal remedies but nothing has come close to these simple little wonders. Expensive? No, not when you are dealing with constant bladder infections. I really couldn't put a price on these, nor do I care to. Anyone who see's the price as a deterrent is lucky enough to still have options. Those of us who no longer have antibiotics available become desperate and scared. These have truly given me my life back. I realized a couple of days ago, I no longer go to the bathroom dreading an infection. I actually go days without even thinking about my bladder, for me, that is saying something.

My Urologist told me to try this product and I have been taking it since Jan 2013 and it has reduced the amount of UTI's I get normally. It does not prevent all of them, but was effective in at least reducing the amount of antibiotics I take. I was not aware of doubling the dosage during an infection, I will definitely give that a try.

I have been dealing with yeast infections, UTI's AND bacterial vaginosis for over three years now. After giving up on anti-biotics and doing some forum research online I found that taking d-mannose has been rumoured to help. I went to a health food store in my area and found some, and the staff explained to me that if I had an active infection to simply double the dosage from a few days to a week until symptoms subsided. Sure enough it's worked for me. It may not work for everyone but it seems to be working for a lot of women, so spread the word!

It worked while using them. I took the NOW powder version first, followed by these capsules as a preventative dose. The powder is more effective in my opinion. The price is too high.

I've experienced constant UTIs in the past, however after taking this product for the past month and a half, I'm happy to say I've had no problems since. I highly recommend it to help prevent UTIs. Although the label says to take 2 capsules a day, I've been doing fine on just one a day.

This is the only brank of d-mannose that has consistently worked to prevent and CURE UTIs (urinary tract infections). According to my nutritioinist's instructions, I take 4 pills with about 12-14 ounces of water once or twice a day, as needed. (Many days or weeks I do not take it at all.) On a day I feel that I may be getting a UTI, i will take one or two pills at a time, with a lot of water, throughout the day, in addition fo the initial four. There are zero side effects. (i would not recommend taking them every day all the time, unless needed). The only time it did not work was when I was already experiencing a full-blown serious infection -- which I have not had in years because of this product. Highly recommended.

I have never had a product that I rely totally on until Quest D-Mannose. After years of steady UTI's without any relief from antibiotics , I was introduced to this product by a friend and I have had no problem since. I have recommended it to many other people who have had no luck with anti-biotics and for the most of them it has also been a blessing. I hope that you will never take this away!!!!
