Quest has been my go-to multi vitamin for decades. Initially I did a lot of research back in the 90's and Quest had the best mix of vitamins and minerals then, and still true today.

I have been taking this product for a couple of weeks now. I was looking for a once-a-day product and this one is good - not very expensive. I also like that it has no aftertaste.
