I have only used these for many years. all the others on the market have too much iron and must have soy in them, because they cause problems such as acid reflux. These vitamins help to keep me feeling healthy.

I can't speak on how beneficial it is. But it made me so nauseous, even when I took it with food. I personally will not be repurchasing.

Really love how it's only one tablet and I don't feel sick after taking them like with other meds. My fingernails and hair after having a baby have been saved by taking these daily! On my second bottle and will be repurposing again.

These are my new regular vitamins. I love that they are in gel caps! Will keep buying

Quite complete multivitamin. I used to take seperate B Complex and several others. But this encompasses most vitamins and minerals that a human female needs. One star off for a not so great form of calcium (but common with all the other multi's). I'm picky, what can I say? But otherwise, pretty darn good, and a good price too, which factors into purchasing decisions more than ever these days. The huzz uses the man formula, which has reduced the amount of different separate pills he has to take too, which he likes. Will repurchase both! Rock on, Quest! And thanks Well.ca!

This multi-vitamin is great. I actually feel a difference compared to hard chalky vitamins. I'm on my third bottle. My husband and toddler keep getting sick, but I haven't. I'm definitely going to buy the male version of this for him.

Perfect multi for me as I am always on the go. I like that it is designed for females as well, makes me more confident that I am getting the vitamins I need.

Took a few days to get used to the potency of this product. And yes, I too found eggs and the vitamins do not mix well. But I am loving this brand. It is the first vitamin that I have taken that I have started noticing changes. My hair is shinier, my nails are harder and growing faster. Will keep on with this brand for sure.

I've used these for the past while and I definitely love them! I also noticed how hard my (always splitting) nails were getting and I can definitely attribute this to these pills. Definitely take these with food or your tummy will get icky.

I've only been using these for about 2 weeks now and I can already notice a huge difference in my energy levels, before taking these I'd have to sleep over 10 hours in order to be able to get up in the morning, now even if I get less than 8 hours I have no problem waking up and I have more energy than when I was sleeping 10 hours. My nails, skin and hair feel and look a lot healther as well!!

Great product and reasonably priced too.

Since I started taking the chewable combined with one omega 3-6-9 and 1 Vitamin D/Magnesium supplement I have had so much energy. I had been using the chewable but just re-ordered the capsule as I'm not fussy for the chewable taste or size.

I really like this product, first tried it in the chewable. But didn't care for the flavour or chalkiness and always had to wash it down with water. I do find however that I MUST have a meal with the capsule because it works so fast that within minutes I become nauseated from the contents, but with a meal I am fine. I eat first and then about 5 minutes later I take the capsule. The only downside of this is that I have to make sure to have a meal etc. instead of just remembering to take the vitamin. Overall I feel much better and more energetic since taking (about 2 months now)
