This will be my third pregnancy using Quest prenatals. Had really bad morning sickness at the start of my first pregnancy with another brand and product. Switched to this and symptoms became very minimal. Added bonus that this is vegetable-based and smaller capsules for easier swallowing.
I have been taking these for years and love them, they have more iron which I need because I’m anemic. I take one ever morning and that’s good enough for me.
Really like that these capsules because they don't taste awful, don't give me nausea, and are gluten free.
Don't upset stomach. Vegetarian. Nice balanced supplement.
These are great. No taste and they are worth every penny for me, as I'm a strict vegetarian and buy for quality.
I tried different vitamins during first semester of pregnancy and this is so far the best. They are smaller than average and they don`t cause nausea, which was the big problem with all other vitamins.
I've been taking these prenatals for a few years. I like that they're small capsules and that the dose is spread out through out the day. Better chance of actually absobing more vitamins.
I love Quest vitamins and have been using them for years. After having done a lot of research, I just found that, for me, these were the best vitamins out there. I like amount of vitamins and minerals in their vitamins compared to other brands and while yes, you do have to take 3 of these prenatal vitamins per day spaced out, following meals, the reasoning behind that is that you will absorb more of the vitamins and minerals for your baby this way. With conventional one a day vitamins you end up peeing out most of the vitamins and minerals that your body doesn't need or store so your body doesn't absorb as much. The other thing that Mum's to be might find is that if you are feeling nauseous with your pregnancy taking a less potent vitamin throughout the day instead of one strong potent one may prevent any nausea you might feel taking vitamins. I highly recommend these prenatal vitamins, I took them with my first pregnancy and am taking them again with this one.
So far, so good! All natural product is great.
There isn't much to say about a supplement- happy to hear it's made without sulphites, dairy, shellfish...etc. Very allergy-friendly and seems to do the job, so A+ to that
This prenatal vitamin is great; it has everything I was looking for. Its in a gel capsule and is easy to swallow. It also doesn't have a strong smell, which makes a big difference most days. You can see the vitamins and minerals in a powder form inside the capsule so your body can absorb it better then a compressed pill; or if you need to break it open and add it to food its easy to do so. Best of all its made in Canada!
I am really liking this prenatal vitamin. It does not cause my morning sickness to flare up and it is easily digested and absorbed.
I initially bought these because of dietary restrictions and was pleasantly surprised because they didn't cause any sickness or heartburn like other brands do. Highly recommended!
