This is an excellent product with the B vitamins at 50mg or mcg which is hard to find. The only thing is that the tablets are so big, I can't swallow a whole one so have to break it up, which kind of defeats the benefit of timed release.

I try and get individual vitamins but sometimes I pregfer taking one, and supplementing as needed with individual vits. This one is shaped like an oval, so it is easy to swallow, good vit content overall, and smells fresh when you open the bottle. Liked the price point too.

As a matter of fact I use Super Once a Day 2 times a day on the advice of my Natureopath and have had almost perfect feed back from my bloodwork taken 4 times a year. i take it before breakfast and well after dinner so there is a minimum competition for digestion

What I dislike is the fact the price has been going up steady for the past 20 years I have been using this product. A steady customer should be a break at some point.
These vitamins are awesome! So glad I found them again here! Though large, the tablets are not difficult to swallow. They help to keep my mind sharp and clear when I have a gazillion things to remember at work. I have noticed a difference with as compared to without.

These are the very best vitamins I have ever used. When I run out of them I always end up getting sick. Obviously they work for me. I was desperate during COVID when I wasn't able to get these vitamins. Also I have been working in the US and have not been able to purchase them here. I work out regularly, teach Yoga and am in fairly good shape for my 72 years...but these vitamins help incredibly to keep me functioning at peak performance. Kudos to you Quest!
